Overview

This website and store are operated by Nestly using Shopify. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Nestly. By visiting the website, placing an order, or using any part of the store, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked in the store footer.

Eligibility and information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. Information you provide at checkout must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and payment credentials.

Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by screen and production batch. Measurements may have reasonable tolerances. We may update descriptions, prices, availability, or discontinue a product at any time. Product-use instructions and safety warnings must be followed.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we confirm that it can be fulfilled. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices, payment, taxes, and duties

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and similar destination-country fees are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Shipping and delivery

Orders normally require 1-3 business days for processing. Estimated delivery is generally 10-15 business days, but carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, and destination delays can occur. Tracking is provided when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and cooperating with local customs or carrier requests.

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy at /policies/refund-policy. Contact us before sending any return because the authorized fulfillment return destination can vary by order. Sending an item without authorization or to the sender address on the parcel may prevent the return from being received.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy at /policies/privacy-policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store, process payment, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.

Intellectual property

The store design, Nestly branding, original text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Nestly and may not be copied, republished, sold, or exploited without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Prohibited use

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape personal information; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property rights; or attempt to bypass technical or access controls.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nestly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the stated update date and do not reduce rights already attached to a completed purchase where prohibited by law.

Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant's place of establishment, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
